Memories are like windows into the past: fragments of our experience, of stories we have heard, pictures we have seen, emotions we have felt since we were very young. Memories can be pleasant or unpleasant. They invite us to relive a part of our past in the here and now. Why does the past that is no longer there feel so very alive and real inside my head? Different memories of different people can be intertwined with each other – or intertwine in retrospect…

La Baracca
Since 1976, La Baracca has been developing drama and narrative theatre productions for children, young people and adults, which the ensemble performs in its own theatre and internationally. Their performances are characterised by a great closeness to the audience. La Baracca has initiated the European networking projects “small size” and the research project “MAPPING” and organises “Visioni di futuro, visioni di teatro”, a major annual international theatre festival for young audiences.
